Friday Walks in Stockholm

From Iconic Landmarks to Hidden Treasures

2 hr 30 min
499 svenska kronor
Meeting Point; Central station

Service Description

Step off the tourist track and into the real rhythm of Stockholm. Led by Lise – a born-and-raised Stockholmer, experienced guide and multidisciplinary artist – this small-group walking tour is a chance to see the city through the eyes of someone who truly knows it. Expect stories that go deeper than facts, perspectives that connect the past to the present, and the space to ask questions, reflect, and explore at a comfortable pace. We’ll wander through iconic spots like City Hall, The Royal Opera, The Parliament quarters, and the cobbled heart of Old Town – but always with an eye for what doesn’t fit in the brochure. You’ll walk away with: - A richer, more personal sense of Stockholm’s history, culture, and quirks - Tailored local tips to help you explore more on your own - Honest answers, real conversation, and a few laughs along the way. 📍 GOOD TO KNOW: - Duration: 2.5 hours - Language: English - Group size: Intimate, small-group setting - Runs: All year round - Sights seen from outside (no museum entries unless by request) 👟 COME PREPARED: - We walk in all weather – bring comfy shoes and dress smart (umbrella = hero item in Sweden!) - Heels not recommended
